British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) - This page provides an explanation of what Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is and the types of problems that CBT is used for.



SELF-HELP

Centre for Clinical Interventions - This is an Australian website which provides free CBT workbooks for a range of problems including depression, worry, panic, self-esteem, health anxiety, body dysmorphia, perfectionism, procrastination and eating disorders.


Living Life to the Full- This is a UK-based website providing life skills based on CBT. It is free to register and the modules are interactive and  include both written information and video/audio components.
